Mini sessions are required to be paid in full online at the time of booking. All Mini Session sales are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule after your payment has been processed, please call a studio representative at (216) 452-0924. Our clients often ask us to recommend a location for their senior session, family portrait or celebration portrait session. Here's a list of locations we photographed at and recommend. The locations below are only suggestions if you have another great location for your session in mind please let us know.

Your session time is based on which package you purchase. The day of your session I recommend planning to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of schedule so you will have time to locate parking. The time frame includes travel time between locations & outfit changes. Be mindful of how long it takes to change into each outfit. The more time you spend changing the less time you will have in front of the camera.
I am an on-location photographer. Shoot locations will be decided by the client unless your are attending a mini session event. Studio Sessions are available. Studio location options are available upon request and charges can vary depending on what studio you select. Home Sessions are not available at this time. For mileage concerns between multiple location sites please contact a studio representative at (216) 452-0924 .
The purpose of the deposit is to lock in your date & time. I do not write anything down in my calendar until the deposit has been paid, making your desired time slot up for grabs. Nothing is booked until the deposit has been paid & your client agreement has been signed.
Yes, payment can be made all up front. If you choose an installment plan the remainder of your session & travel fee is due the day before your scheduled session. Your session will be cancelled if your payment has not been received by your due date.
Depending exactly where you want your photographs done, travel fees may apply. All package pricing includes a flat fee of $50.00 for traveling. Location sites must be within a 30-mile radius from studio in Cleveland Hts. or there will be an additional non-refundable $25.00 travel fee for every additional 15 miles. For mileage concerns between multiple location sites please contact a studio representative at (216) 452-0924.
If the weather is crazy/act of god/I am sick/etc, I will put your deposit toward a re-schedule. However, if you simply don’t show up to the session, the deposit will not be refunded. If you have booked a session and need to reschedule your session, your deposit can be put toward a re-schedule as long as I am notified within 2 days of your session. I get it— life happens. However, if you need to cancel and do not want to re-schedule, your deposit is not refunded. Same day cancels may be subject to a $25.00 reschedule fee.

The day after your session you will receive a sneak peek of a few images until your final edits are done. Your final edits may take up to 2- 4 weeks depending on the season. You will receive a link to your full gallery by email. Once you have selected your favorites, they will be emailed directly to you so you can forward them to your friends & family, and post online! You can share your gallery link with your friends & family. All print & photo products are ordered directly from your gallery. Download links do expire after a few days, so be sure to download your images asap! Make sure to save + backup your images. You will have access to your gallery for 90 days from the delivery date. A $50.00 fee is charged for restoring access to your gallery once it has expired.
I clean out my client files every 3 months. You will have access to your gallery for 90 days from the delivery date. A $50.00 fee is charged for restoring access to your gallery once it has expired. Images may no longer will be available after 12 months.
No, Part of my job is choosing the most flattering photographs. The images I do not deliver are either repeats, blurry, or out of focus, shots of you blinking or mid-sentence speaking. I have no reason to withhold any images if there are additional ones I think you would enjoy!
No. Access to unedited versions or raw files are not available.
No, I do not retouch or alter my client’s appearance. If you would like minor corrections made to skin blemishes or scarring. please let me know & I will discuss all available options.
I have never had a client tell me they were unhappy with my services in my years of photography. This is because I have clear communication & set expectations beforehand. If you have read my FAQ thoroughly and done all you can to prepare yourself for your photoshoot, including picking a location you love, an outfit you feel confident in, then this is the best way to ensure you will be happy with the final result. If I have delivered what I promised to you, photography services of your package of choice, and you are not happy with the final outcome there is nothing I can do outside of performing my professional photography services.
Please make it clear to me in your initial contact email if this is the case and let me know the reason. The sole way I market my photography services (and how you found me!) is the internet and I rely on sharing my photography to bring in customers. Therefore, I do have a fee if this is something you want to be waived. please inquire.
No. Any of the files I deliver to you could be shared online..
***All clients are responsible for their own transportation & parking as well as any permits needed for the location. All clients are encouraged to bring their own props, such as flowers, ballons, etc & they are responsible for whatever props they would like in the images.***
